Join the Chappaqua Children's Book Festival on Saturday, September 30th to meet your favorite children's book authors. Come meet celebrity authors Mary Pope Osborne, author of the Magic Tree House Series, NY Times bestselling author Alan Gratz, Victoria Kann, of Pinkalicious fame and many more!

Books will be available for all ages, from board books for toddlers, picture books for young readers, to chapter books and graphic novels for middle graders through young adults. Stroll the aisles and meet some of the biggest children’s book authors in the U.S. including Dan Gutman, Chris Grabenstein, Nick Bruel, Jane Yolen, Jarrett Lerner, Jerry Craft and Lauren Tarshis. Storytimes and author illustration demos will happen throughout the day.

There will be gourmet food trucks, a bubble bus, books for purchase and signings plus 180 children's book authors in attendance. The Family Fun Zone will feature give-aways, crafts, games and activities. September 30th from 10 am to 4 pm at the Chappaqua MTA Metro-North station in Chappaqua, NY. Free admission. Be a part of our story.  See you there!

Through a partnership with ArtsWestchester and many other sponsors and volunteers, The Chappaqua Children’s Book Festival is proud to not only produce the largest children’s book festival in the northeast, but also provide support to local literacy based organizations and initiatives including Westchester County’s inaugural Park & Read program, Meet The Writers, and The Book Fairies, as well as other school and community group efforts to increase access to books and connections to authors.
