New York City's biggest Halloween parade is back for another year. Join thousands of New Yorkers in the march or the thousands more watching from the sidewalks as this carnival of costumes makes its way up Sixth Avenue from Canal Street to 15th Street through SoHo, Greenwich Village, the West Village and Chelsea. Anyone and everyone in costume is free to join the parade. This year's theme is "Meow!" in honor of the Cat Lady inside all of us.
