To welcome the new year — and to bring good luck to neighborhood businesses and residents — lion dance troupes, including the Chinatown Community Young Lions, will perform throughout Chinatown. You'll see people feeding the lions lucky money, and many of the troupes will converge on Mott and Bayard Streets.
