FPO Has MTA service been affected by COVID-19?

About mask requirements

Wearing a mask is the law, and it’s the right thing to do.

Enforcement officers will issue a fine as a last resort. They’ll first offer you a free mask and if you refuse, you could be issued a $50 fine.

If you don’t have a mask, we’ll give you a free one. Ask at a subway station booth, or ask a LIRR or Metro-North station ambassador.
