If the recent release of Nosferatu has got you itching for more creepy old-school vampire flicks, you're in luck: The Metropolitan Museum of Art is screening two classics of the genre, 1931's Dracula, starring horror movie icon Bela Lugosi, and 1932's German-language thriller Vampyr – Der Traum des Allan Gray, on Friday, February 28th. The films will be shown back to back with an intermission, along with a discussion featuring special guests to be announced. This event is free to attend with museum admission, but advance registration is recommended.
